I would like to Use it again

Not working. Abruptly stopped after 1 month use. Initially was working well especially on my carpets cleaning and car vacuuming. Right now it doesn't work. I have tried to contact Jumia via email to help me because i would like it fixed so that i continue to use it. Kindly help
