Customer service good
The TV was delivered quickly. However on installing discovered that the TV does not respond to its remote. Contacted Vitron direct and the customer support lady was very helpful. I had to return the TV back and it was repaired and now works. Only downside is had to pay for the courier both ways. The TV itself is good for the price, clear screen and the internal decoder works.
