Uses & How to Apply

Turn the stocking inside out, so the silicone band is on the outside.

Insert your hand into the stocking and grasp the heel.

While sitting, gently roll the stocking down toward the toe, keeping the silicone band at the top.

 Place your foot into the stocking, ensuring the heel is aligned with your own heel.

Begin to unroll the stocking up your leg, smoothing out any wrinkles or folds as you go.

Ensure that the silicone band at the top is positioned securely above your thigh to keep the stocking in place.

Adjustment: Once the stocking is in place, make sure it's evenly distributed, and that the silicone band is secure without being too tight. The silicone band should grip your thigh gently to prevent slipping.

Repeat for the Other Leg: Follow the same steps for the other leg.

Daily Wear: Compression stockings are typically worn during the day and removed before bedtime. Follow your healthcare professional's recommendations regarding how long and how often you should wear them.

Care and Maintenance: Care for your compression stockings by hand washing them with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid using hot water or a washing machine, as these can damage the elastic fibers. Allow them to air dry by hanging them up. Avoid wringing out the stockings, as this can damage the fabric.

Monitor for Comfort: Pay attention to how the stockings feel throughout the day. If you experience discomfort, pain, or any unusual symptoms, remove the stockings and consult your healthcare provider
