Can you leave this on overnight?

We recommend leaving it on for 10-20 minutes, and then gently pat the remaining essence into your skin until it is fully absorbed.

How often should I use this?

For usual skin, we recommend twice a week. To care the sunburnt skin, try Once/Twice a day at least 3 times, but it is simply your choice to decide!
