The heating block has been upgraded to chrome zirconium copper nickel plating, which has fast thermal conductivity and high temperature printing resistance.
The titanium alloy throat is wrapped with chrome zirconium copper for better heat dissipation
Features a 3rd gen ceramic heater, providing 24V, 48W of reliable and efficient heating.
The throat and heating block have an integrated structure, and a step limit is added at the connection of the heating block. The heating block and throat are connected by threads, and the inner wall is smooth, reducing blockage and solving the problems of material leakage and detachment.
The nozzle is made of hardened steel SKD11, which has undergone quenching hardening treatment and surface DLC nano treatment. It can be heated up to 450 ° C for better wear resistance and extended service life.
