If you have a big arm, don't strain, just get this Upper Arm strapping cuff which can work on any machine. You only need to remove the valve from your old blood pressure machine and attach it to this device. It's use is no different from regular BP machine cuffs. Order this device on Jumia and have it delivered to your doorstep.
Doesn't come with the pin to connect the cuff to the BP monitor. Always retain the pin that connects your old cuff to the BP Monitor.
