How to Use

Monitoring your blood pressure has never been simpler, thanks to the monitor's fully automatic, one-touch design.

Prepare: Ensure you are relaxed and comfortably seated with your feet flat on the floor for at least 5 minutes before measurement. Remove any tight clothing from your left upper arm.
Apply the Cuff: Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, about 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air hose should run down the center of your arm in line with your fingers. Ensure the cuff is snug enough that one finger can fit between it and your arm.
Position Your Arm: Rest your arm on a table or cushion so that the cuff is at the same height as your heart.
Start Measurement: Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will inflate automatically, and you must remain still and quiet during the process.
Read Results: Once complete, the monitor will display your measurements clearly on the large LCD screen.
Record & Power Off: Record your readings in a health log, then press the START/STOP button to turn the monitor off. It will automatically power off after a minute of inactivity to save battery life.
