PWM Speed Controller designed for 12V 4-wire PWM fan/pump.
This PWM Speed controller support 12v standard fan speed control, also support computer water cooling PWM pump head speed adjustment.
This governor is recommended to control the output power within 7-8 watts (12V 0.6A).
This governor input port is USB Type-C female.Output is standard PWM 4pin fan port.
Built-in DCDC boost circuit(boost USB 5V to 12V).Built-in pwm signal generator (make it able to adjust speed).

Fan speed adjustment range 0-100%.
Turn the knob clockwise to increase the speed, Turn the knob counterclockwise to reduce the speed.
The application scenario of the governor design is mainly powered by the charging head/rechargeable battery, the common output capacity is generally 5V/2A, higher specifications are relatively rare, and the parameters of 12v/0.7A fan almost reach 5V/2A full power supply, while taking into account the small size of the PWM governor so limited cooling capacity.
It is recommended that the output current be controlled below 0.7A for short time use and below 0.5A for long time use.
Here means the current at the maximum speed, the fan current will vary proportionally according to the speed.
