Uses & How to Apply

Turn the stocking inside out, making sure the heel area is centered.

 While sitting or lying down, gently roll the stocking up, starting at the foot.

Continue rolling the stocking up over your calf and thigh. Be careful not to bunch or fold the stocking as you go.

Make sure the stockings are smooth and evenly distributed on your leg.

The top of the stocking should sit just below your knee. Ensure it's not too tight to avoid constricting blood flow.

Check for Comfort: Compression stockings should feel snug but not overly tight or uncomfortable. You should be able to move your toes freely.

Wear as Advised: Follow your healthcare provider's recommendations regarding how long to wear the stockings each day. Typically, they are worn during the day and removed before bedtime.

Reposition as Needed: If you experience discomfort or notice the stockings slipping down, you may need to adjust them. Smooth out any wrinkles or folds.
