Everything was in the package. Instructions were in Chinese. But YouTube gave me the diy on how to use. Was fun assembling and poking 'intended person' a few times. Family memories were made. Zero regrets on making this purchase. Maybe the only slightest concern would be about the battery. It's the type of round batteries we used on analogue watches/cards. Very replaceable but in my opinion product would be perfect if it was rechargeable.
