1.  Open the charging case and take off the earbuds, then earbuds .Uto-power on and pairing.

• Hello,If one side is not working, it may be that the charging case is in poor contact with one of the earphones.if one side does not charge, please use your finger or cotton swabs to repeatedly wipe the metal contact of the charging case. Then wipe the two metal contacts on the bottom of the earphones with your fingers, and after placing the earphones in the charging case, press slightly hard and rotate it slightly to make sure they touch normally. In most cases, the earphones will resume charging
