Tips on usage:
1. If your HDMI source device (such as for XBox, PS4 Pro) supports 4K, please use HDMI 2.0 cable to connect HDMI 4K source device and HDMI switch and display as HDMI 1.4 cable (or lower than HDMI 2.0) is not sufficient for the 4K resolution (4096 * 2160).
2. If your HDMI cable is not an HDMI 2.0 cable, you can set the resolution on your source device from 4K HDMI to 1080P (1920 * 1080) to match the specifications of your HDMI cable, or you can use the appropriate HDMI cable to connect.
3. The HDMI switch box cannot ensure that two display devices work at the same time if you connect 1 HDMI source to 2 monitors.
4. Since the HDMI switch has no power, please use the USB cable to switch on the TV stick when you connect theHDMI switch to the TV stick.
5. Please note that when connecting 2 displays with different resolutions, the HDMI switch only sends the lowest "common" resolution to 2 displays. It cannot display 2 different resolutions because it cannot switch from high resolution to low resolution, does not work.
