Does it take off makeup?

Yes, it works at removing foundation, powder and blush. Acne.org Moisturizer also removes makeup very well. Acne.org Organic Jojoba Oil may be superior for removing mascara and eye makeup.

How do I use it to shave?

You can use Acne.org Cleanser to shave just as you would a shaving cream. Dispense into your palm--3 pumps is good--and get a nice thick lather going. Apply as shave cream and off you go.
