Royal Sound 3.1CH: Worst don't buy, waiting refund

The sound becomes bad upon increase of volume. Actually the device front vibrates upon high volume. No grill to protect speaker and light as on can touch speaker directly. I returned but they refused to refund. I won't accept it back, I would rather lose the money than take this 'thing' home.

while ordering the product, the specifications given were for the sony make but i was surprised you delivered to a different make called royal sound ,am disapointed with you guys cz this is false advertisement to your customers,next time be honest and deliver the exact product,
