I DIDNT LIKE IT.
Why would you deliver a vacuum cleaner to me that has its box and contents opened. it was like it was a display machine from your dealer. Jumia you aint serious. I am the one to unseal the product. Not a box full of cellotapes. It surely shows how careless you are with your customers. and no value for their money? So if electronics are being handled like this what about fragile items like Camping tents. no proper sealing and indicating of fragile items on the tent. I am very disappointed on how my last two orders have been handled? THe camping tent and the vacuum cleaner. Improve. please. Improve.
