Incompatibility Issue

The material is alright, but the cover doesn't fit into my laptop. The bottom portion snaps right off. The top part doesn't even reach the entire length. I think it's because my laptop is more curved. It's a Mid-2010 Macbook pro that has a much different curvature as compared to the rest. you can look it up on Apple store. Also, there is no way to contact the seller and send him/ her the right pic of my laptop. Am disappointed, not really by the store, but by the fact that the good product is incompatible with my Macbook Pro design.
