Probably Expired
I've used this product for years and I have to say this looked off. In as much as the box said it hadn't expired yet, the product had whitish precipitated stuff (Maybe it had been repackaged or it wasn't authentic). I only applied it once and it gave me a very bad rash. I don't recommend this vendor.
