i dont like it

what was delivered is totally different from your displayed item,i find it totally misleading and deceitful. i hate returning items,its cumbersome and unnecessary inconvenience. why cant you ensure delivery of items displayed and not substitutes. here i find that you are taking customers for granted. unfortunately i dont get any feedback on these observations and reviews.
