It was so disappointing to order a watch that was to be shipped only to get what I had not ordered. Giving me two watches wasn't enough. I had chosen the previous one for a reason. I wanted to return the watches but given that it was a gift and the order had stayed for long I could not return it as time was not on my side. I am one loyal customer to Jumia but this time you really disappointed me. The watches given were not value for money. And for that I rate a dislike.
