These Shoes do not fit. The label on the shoe is size 42 yet the shoe is actually a size 40. I tried to return but Jumia rejected. They should at least offer an exchange option so that customers leave satisfied. Handling is also another issue. The shoe arrived crumpled with very little to desire. Jumia should liase with vendors to allow exchange rather than just cancel orders or reject returns. Hope I get someone they can fit.
