Hi, Jumia customer care:. Here is my feedback. First: your services you as JUMIA is very wonderful. and more than good. This is my sixth times buying my things from you. My first time to Ordered through phone call on 0711011011 two times. Second time I visited your your main pick-up in Mombasa at Jomo Kenyatta Avenue, and I ordered two times. Third time plus this time, I ordered by myself on Jumia app. But I have problem or question to you. Why don't you offer your customers points like other supermarkets like naivas, etc. that can be redeemed into cash?
