Uncomfortable but reminds you to sit right. Could be better if the back was a stiff plate.

I don't like it
it just feels like an elastic band around your chest with structural support of your back or shoulders to 'Correct' your posture. doesn't correct posture, doesn't support your back one bit and surely doesn't straighten it either. don't bother getting this product for that price.
