Good way to get a faiba simcard but poor services

Imagine after buying this simcard on jumia it got delivered on time but didn't meet my needs,,,the line wasn't registered and it was ksh. 290/= so its useless buying something from a dealership yet you cannot use it.I had to get to a faiba dealer pay 302/= so that I can be given another simcard because the simcards serial number was not working
