Poor Packaging

The product had been tampered with when I picked it at the pickup station. The outer Jumia covering had been cut and later sealed with cell tape. The inner packaging had its seal broken, exposing the Health Monitoring device to the environment (moisture, dust, etc). I was very disappointed by the condition of the item when I picked it.
