shortcomings
The user manual is not explaining how to see we can set the watch. Also the clock is permanently 24hr I prefer 12 hr clock for this I award only 3 stars

The blood pressure monitor is not accurate at all and is unreliable.In fact it is very far from conventional monitors.I will not talk about Oxygen and pulse monitors
