It doesn't work.

The charging port doesn't work so the machine has not been able to go on so I have not used it. Today I bought a new charger and it still didn't charge. Kindly refund me my money as I needed the machine by this week (end of this month) to get payments from clients. Can someone from customer care lease get in touch with me.
