I don't like it

The watch answer calls itself without my approval of receive, secondly and the worse thing is about battery!! Battery drain power within less an hour... plus screen sensor is too low on touch. I tried to explain it on how I can returned the parcel on email but reply keeps on telling me that my message I scum how? Need your help to return this thing please
