Please deliver what is ordered

Photo 2/4 shows that the stand can hold the phone in portrait or vertical position but what was delivered cannot. I bought it because of that. I'm disappointed because I thought I would be doing my online interviews with it. Please deliver what is in the photos. And who reviews these comments by the way? What is the use of the remote? And where is the manual of the product? Do not be in a hurry to deliver incomplete orders.

Initially delivered missing phone clamp, but camw with when ordered a second time. Product is great; a rotatable clamp that can be adjusted to various angles, also, height is great ???? However???? very large in size, I wouldn't recommend of you're after portability and not height
