I would like to return since it doesn't work
The product is incapable of pairing! The QR scan is not recognized by a phone be it the one on the watch or the one insert manual! The app the insert manual gives as an alternative of downloading when the qr scan doesn't work is not specific there is no name given to it. I have tried several smartwatch apps and they all require QR scanner or bluetooth to work which this watch is clearly incapable of! This is a waste of money! Can I return the product?
