Bluetooth doesn't work

The mouse is advertised as a wireless and Bluetooth mouse. The wireless works perfectly once you insert the dongle into the computer USB port. It works perfect. The Bluetooth is another thing all together. It got recognized the first time I used the mouse after that it was not visible any more even after I tried it on more than 3 different Bluetooth equipment. So I wish it can be advertised as a wireless mouse and NOT Bluetooth mouse. I ended up using it for something it was not intended for since it was going to be the second mouse I would have returned. I am just sick and tired of returning Jumia stuff because they didn't meet expectations.
