Stopped connecting

After a couple of weeks of using, it no longer connects to the computer. It first started to need the computer to restart to connect, now it just doesn't connect at all, even when fully charged. Also the charging port for the mouse is underneath the mouse so you can never charge and use at the same time. It's totally useless now.
