Wrong configuration drivers for Linux
Sadly, the adapter's driver doesn't exist in the provided disk. I personally wasn't delivered for the RTL8188eus chipset. I got the RTL8188FTV instead but the driver was for the 8188eu. The reason I won't return it is because I was able to figure this out early enough and install the appropriate drivers. Best way to check your adapter's version is by first doing a full shutdown, unplug any USB device apart from the WiFi adapter and start the laptop. Once open, run lsusb in the terminal to check your WiFi adapter's version. Afterwards you can then follow the steps to download the driver depending on your distro.
i dont know
It's boring
nice
Working well
Works Fine
I've been using it for a week. So far, it is working well on Windows 7. The installation disk had RealTek & MTK drivers. The latter drivers are the ones made the dongle work. I wish it was also compatible with higher versions of Windows, but you get what you pay for. Other than that, the dongle works fine and does not disconnect (although I'm using WiFi within close range to my desktop).
