Not totally pleased

The instructions dont detail how to change the earpieces to fit to your size so I in turn It doesnt fit me which gets uncomfortable. It doesnt seem to stay on while running either. Which was the whole purpose of its purchase- for running. Lastly, the audio lags after every couple of minutes or so.
