Don't bother
Bought this product for my mum who at the time was using a Wiko Slide 2 cellphone. Didn't open the parcel until after around 6 days as she was not with us. After opening & placing it on her phone, the battery wasn't charging at all. Her phone had this constant on/off response which we thought would end making it worse. I rang the Jumia's customer care and they said they cannot take the product back as such require opening & testing at the spot of delivery. Didn't understand what that meant because the delivery polythene paper bag had been written one would return the product, in case, by 7 days. This is now the second product I've encountered with a faulty from Jumia.
