Serves the purpose. Its been 42 days after purchase and it works perfectly. No heating, no noise, no malfunction. Protects all my consumer electronics in the house. To do this, buy an adapter, change its fuse to 5 amp, connect the guard to the adapter, then connect the adapter to the wall socket. I highly recommend this product.
