Frustrated with the item delivered

I thought I paid for a big generic fluffy carpet only to receive a small thing like towel as a living room carpet . I really got frustrated. Again I fail to understand why you don't have a pick up station in Oyugis. I really used alot of money on going to kosele to pick my parcel
