Steamer doesn't work and cannot return to seller
Allow for returns for gadgets that do not work. The steamer has never worked and after calling the Jumia help desk, I was informed it cannot be returned. I am therefore stuck with a steamer that doesn't work and I cannot do anything about it. Waste of money and no assistance offered by Jumia and possible solutions. The customer care assistant was quite rude and cutthroat. Zero stars on this product.
