MISSING PARTS

I ordered this item on Wednesday and it was to be shipped as I paid the shipping fee and expected delivery date was 18July, surprisingly, I received the item the next day after I ordered and I was only given the small chopsticks can tied in an extremely tiny bag. I have never gotten such a shock. Till today am just trying to follow up on my refund
