Wrong item delivered

Dear Jumia Customer Support, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order for a feeding chair. Unfortunately, the item I received does not match my original order. As you can see from the attached photo, I specifically ordered a pink feeding chair based on the product image provided on your website. However, I received a blue feeding chair instead. What’s more concerning is that neither Jumia nor the supplier made any effort to inform me that the pink chair was unavailable. I have initiated a refund request.
