Right product but I was short-changed

The product was okay but I was very disappointed that I ordered and paid for 2 tubes of toothpaste and only got one! I have tried to look for an avenue to complain through Jumia customercare email so that I can get a refund, but my emails are bouncing back. I feel conned and will never order multiple items or pay on advance of the result is ending up out of pocket.
