Product specifications

The item delivered did not match item description. RAM is 4gb instead of 8gb, processor speed is 1.9Ghz to 2.4Ghz instead of 2.6Ghz. The item is overheatimng, sound is completely inaudible, back casing is not well fixed, battery drains fast. I've been trying to initiate an online refund but I haven't been successful. For the price, it is not worth it.
