I hate it
The product is kinda a scam to me. Immediately after the return period, the laptop went black, it could not submit to the commands. It lost all my files ????. I cannot do anything with it coz it's operating itself. The worst part is when I called you, I was told to wait for hours. Please value your customers and give a longer duration to assess the item bought. It's like I threw all my money in the pit
