I don't like it

1. The camera is very poor, not suitable for video calls. 2. It came with an outdated OS, which made me spend ksh. 1500 for Windows 11. 3. The laptop shuts down after few minutes when not connected to power source. The charging led indicator keeps on blinking when on charge, and the battery percentage jumps from 0% to 15% then to 40% or thereof , then again begins to discharge even when still connected to power source. When disconnected, it gives a low battery warning then goes off. This begun after 4 weeks of using it, now it's just like a desktop
