Poor delivery and services

Jumia cancelled my product black Friday was rigged am not that happy yet you claim it was out of stock and 2 units were remaining..thumbs down

The network card was not correctly fitted, could not connect on WIFI till managed to solve the issue. There was a minor dent on the speaker area, maybe something dropped on it, but no issues. There is slight overheating but was told it's normal for this type of machines. But generally, the machine is nice , slim and fits my needs. It is extremely fast! Am happy with it.

speakers not working, and keyboard damaged with letter N not working effectively, issues I was never informed of before purchase. Otherwise the rest of the product is in good shape.

Going Great

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished computer as opposed to a new one, but things are going pretty great. I love typing on the keyboard, no problems with processing speed, definitely an upgrade over my last laptop, HP 250 G4.
