Untrustworthy Description
I ordered this phone on the strength of the description that it had a type-C charging system. The phone delivered did not have the type-C port but had the normal android charging slot. Upon calling Jumia for clarification, they informed me that I was required to do my own research and that I shouldn't have relied on the product description on the Jumia platform because descriptions are apparently not specific to the products they are describing. Utterly disappointed that Jumia can allow sellers to deceive buyers on their platform.
