the inflatable seat part tore from inside
The ridges built to maintain the shape of the sofa tore from inside & now when inflated it looks like an egg(there has been no external damage). Poor build & poor quality ????

Sofa is fine, but not the shop, nor it's service
The inflatable sofa was clerarly advertised with electric pump included. It arrived without pump though. Complaining more than once did not lead to any reply at all. We finally had to buy an extra pump for KES 2500 to be able to inflate the sofa. The advertisement was wrong, in our opinion even willingly wrong, to make customers buy but not providing accessories as indicated. This is unacceptable, also no after buy customer care at all. Customers should be very careful when buying from that shop.
