You have to recheck yourself if the system is charging . I had ordered the laptop had no charger ,I tried to charge it myself but I found that the one connecting to the system in order to connect to the socket was not really a charger, so before you return it back to me ,ensure that you have tried charging it yourself, it will not be good for you if you give it back to Me without a charger because I will have to buy another charger, I'm not refusing the item I like it myself but ensure it is charging
