Disappointing
It is heavier than the standard red band. It was advertised as being light; quite the opposite! I had bought it expecting to use it for band assisted dips but it proved to be heavier than expected. It offers a lot of assistance and I did not want that. If you're looking for plenty of assistance in any exercises you may be doing, then it is a good resistance band. It wasn't what I was looking for.
