The picture is misleading only name matches,what i receive is most in chinese and not the blue box and no needles come with it. I would appreciate if you would deliver what we see on site

I am really disgusted.

I ordered for a glucometer, on call plus full set as advertised on the app. I got one from china, it had no code chip, it had no lancets, some strips were missing, control fluid was not in the pack as well. Can something be done, because you know you can not use the glucometer without the code chip. The strips were 34 instead of 50. Just seriously?
