Incomplete item delivered to me twice
This was the 3rd time I ordered this one item. 1st order - large strap 22mm instead of 20mm 2nd attempt - right strap (20mm) but the item has some part of it remove; incomplete item 3rd attempt - right strap with same mistake as 2nd attempt. I took time to explain to the customer service lady (Zeitun) about the last 2incidences and was assured I'd receive the complete item. At the collection point, I was told the problem was the vendor (twice). Long story short, the picture you have of the strap on this platform and what is being delivered is not the same. I'm not sure what your vendor is doing with the other piece of the strap but I'm not a very happy client right now. You can talk to Zeitun about my exact issue (I spoke to her on Friday around 2pm on chat) and the staff at the pick up point at Valley arcade. You can rectify the mistake with your vendor (or not!). This is not okay!
